Elevyum collects your username, email address (if provided), and wallet public address. We do not collect, store, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or biometric data. Your private key is generated on your device and never transmitted.
Your private key. Your biometric data. Your bank account numbers (handled by Stripe and crypto conversion providers directly). Your brokerage credentials. We cannot access your funds under any circumstances.
Payments are processed by Stripe (USD) and licensed crypto conversion providers (cryptocurrency). These services collect payment information directly through their own secure pages. Elevyum receives only a transaction confirmation — never your card number or bank details.
Transactions on the Elevyum blockchain are public by design. Wallet addresses and transaction amounts are visible on the chain. Wallet addresses are pseudonymous — they do not contain your name or personal information unless you choose to associate them.
We use essential cookies for session management. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use tracking pixels or advertising cookies.
Account data is retained as long as your account is active. On-chain transaction data is permanent and immutable by design — this is a feature of blockchain technology, not a policy choice.
You may request deletion of your off-chain account data at any time by contacting privacy@elevyum.ai. On-chain data cannot be deleted as it is part of the permanent blockchain record.
